Ett antal Nordkoreakritiska aktivister i Sydkorea har bestämt sig för att ställa upp i landets parlamentsval i april. Jag vet inte särskilt mycket om hur Sydkoreas parlamentariska system är uppbyggt, men detta kan säkert skapa lite problem i de interkoreanska relationerna.
